POSTDOCTORAL POSITION - Vascular Ion Channels
Postdoctoral position immediately available to study physiological functions and pathological alterations in arterial smooth muscle cell ion channels. Projects include studying molecular signaling of TMEM16A, TRP, calcium-activated potassium channels and voltage-dependent calcium channels. Experience with patch-clamp electrophysiology, confocal calcium imaging, molecular biology, ion channel biochemistry, and cardiovascular physiology preferred. Required qualifications include a PhD or MD in Physiology or a related field.
