Alan Garen教授是美国国家科学院与艺术院两院院士，美国耶鲁大学终身教授。目前在四川大学华西二院科研楼开设实验室，主要涉及非编码RNA功能与机制研究、抗肿瘤单克隆抗体研究、肝脏RNA病毒HDV和HCV在肝癌病理中的作用与机制研究和血管生成靶向药物治疗肿瘤的研究等领域。
目前需要博士后一名，具有相关专业研究经验。

I have a postdoctoral position in biomedical research available in my new laboratory at the Women and Children’s Research Building of West China Hospital, Sichuan University, Chengdu.
The current research projects are as follows. 1) The role of long noncoding RNAs that bind to the protein PSF in the regulation of gene transcription during normal and pathological development, including embryogenesis, tumorigenesis, and neurosteroidogenesis. 2) Cloning human anti-tumor antibodies from lymphocytes of cancer patients using phage-display. 3) The role of hepatitis RNA viruses HDV and HCV in the etiology of liver cancer. 4) Targeting angiogenic blood vessels for immunotherapy.
