深圳出入境检验检疫局技术中心博士后科研工作站于2006年5月26日经人事部（国人部发〔2006〕53号文件）批准成立，2006年11月正式挂牌。2009年10月首位博士后顺利出站，现在站博士后2人。
深圳出入境检验检疫局设有动植物检验检疫技术中心、食品检验检疫技术中心、工业品检测技术中心、玩具检测技术中心等，均为深圳检验检疫局直属事业单位，从事检验、检疫、检测、鉴定等业务，下设动物检疫、植物检疫、卫生检疫以及玩具、化矿、机电、轻工、金属材料、自行车、纺织、石油检测等多个实验室，拥有国家检测重点实验室16个，区域性中心实验室9个。

二、应聘条件
（一）已具有博士学位或者在近期内能顺利完成博士论文答辩的人员。年龄在35岁以下。
（二）身体健康、品学兼优、具有强烈的事业心、热爱检验检疫事业。
（三）有较强的独立分析解决问题的能力。
（四）具有团队工作精神，有一定的协调能力和组织能力。
（五）脱产从事博士后研究工作。
三、工作条件及待遇
（一）深圳检验检疫局为进站博士后研究人员提供研究、办公场所，并配备必要的办公设施和研究用设备。
（二）为进站博士后提供住房或2000元/月的租房补助。
（三）工资根据博士后研究人员的工作性质、工作特点、工作表现和实际工作量，比照我局同类人员确定。劳保、保险等待遇按照深圳市有关管理规定执行。
（四）深圳市政府将为考核合格的博士后提供生活津贴，两年共计16万元。

五、招收办法
（一）招收原则：公平、公正、公开、择优录用。
（二）招收流程：申请人向深圳检验检疫局博管办提交《博士后申请表》（见附件）及相关材料；经考试考核，择优确定面试人选；面试合格确定人选后签订三方协议书；报相关部门审核备案；批复后按规定办理进站手续；经批准进站的申请人须在规定的时间内办理进站手续，无特殊情况不按时报到者，按自动退站处理。
（三）提交材料：申请人应提交下列材料（恕不退还）：
1、由本人所在单位加盖公章的个人简历（含本人基本情况及其配偶、子女情况、学历、科研成果论文；应届毕业生个人简历须含预计答辩时间）；
2、本学科领域两位博士生导师的推荐信；
3、博士研究生毕业证书和博士学位证书或2011年博士毕业答辩委员会决议复印件；
4、博士论文、公开发表的两篇学术代表作；
5、反映本人品德、学业、业绩、政治面貌等方面的证明材料；
6、身份证复印件；
7、留学人员应持有我驻外使领馆的推荐信。

Description: The postdoctoral research center in the Inspection and Quarantine Technical Center (IQTC) of Shenzhen Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau (Shenzhen CIQ) was approved by the Ministry of Personnel, P.R.C on May 26, 2006 and established on Nov.11th, 2006. There are now two postdoctoral fellows working in the center and one fellow finishing his research job.
Animal and Plant Inspection and Quarantine Technical Center, Food Inspection and Quarantine Technical Center, Industrial Product Inspection Technical Center and Toy Inspection Technical Center are the direct affiliates of Shenzhen CIQ, dedicating in inspection, quarantine, detection and identification of the imported and exported products. Shenzhen CIQ has labs for animal quarantine, plant quarantine and health quarantine, and labs for inspection of toys, chemical and minerals, metallic materials, bicycles, textiles and petroleum .Now we have 16 key labs at the national level and 9 key labs at the regional level.
Shenzhen CIQ has a high-quality technical team with 25 senior researchers and 45 doctors .With advanced equipment in place, with a good working environment and a strong research atmosphere, we embrace the enterprising spirit of unity and hard work, anxious for dedicated and independent doctors to join us.

Requirements
l The Candidate should be a recent PhD graduate (or will get a PhD degree very soon) under the age of 35.
l The Candidate should have excellent academic records and great research potential.
l The Candidate should love the work of inspection and quarantine and have the ability to work independently.
l The scheme is open to nationals of all countries
Work Conditions and Benefits
l Shenzhen CIQ provides necessary facilities such as the office and equipment to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
l Shenzhen CIQ provides accommodation, or distributes rental grants of 2,000 RMB each month.
l The salaries will be determined based on the job description, actual performance and workload of the postdoctoral fellow, with reference to those of similar rank employees of Shenzhen CIQ. Labor and other insurance will be given in accordance with related regulations of Shenzhen Municipal Government.
l Shenzhen Municipal Government will provide a total of 160,000 RMB as living allowances of two years, for the postdoctoral fellows who pass the appraisal successfully.
