We are seeking a highly motivated researcher to join our group as a postdoctoral fellow and/or Senior research scientist depending on the experience at the Cancer Institute of New Jersey. The research interest of our lab is to study the function of tumor suppressor p53 in tumor suppression and the regulation of the p53 pathway in cancers and aging (Cell 2004, 119:591; Nature 2007,450:721; PNAS 2007,104:16633; PNAS 2009, 106: 9761; PNAS 2010,107:7455; Molecular Cell 2010,38:689; PNAS 2011, 108:16259). The successful candidate will have a Ph. D. in cancer biology and molecular biology or a related field. For the position of senior research scientist, at least 3 years of research experience beyond the degree is required, and a solid publication record is essential. Experience with molecular biology, cell biology, immunology and/or mouse experiments are desirable. Strong work ethic, creativity, and enthusiasm are required.
