南京信息工程大学计算机与软件学院招聘学科领军人才/学科带头人和学术骨干公告
南京信息工程大学（原南京气象学院）计算机与软件学院现有计算机科学与技术系、软件技术与工程系、网络技术与工程系三个系。拥有教育部互联网应用创新开放平台示范基地，江苏省计算机基础实验教学示范中心、软件工程与信息服务实践教育示范中心，软件工程、网络与嵌入式开发、图像处理与模式识别等3个校级教学实验室，江苏省网络监控工程中心和信息安全、高性能网格计算与并行处理实验室。学院是江苏省计算机学会计算机安全专业委员会主任委员挂靠单位。
学院拥有计算机科学与技术、软件工程、网络工程三个本科专业，及国际课程合作软件工程专业。其中计算机科学与技术专业为国家特色专业建设点、江苏省特色专业。计算机科学与技术和软件工程专业为江苏省服务外包人才培养试点专业和江苏省卓越工程师（软件类）试点专业。以计算机科学与技术为核心专业、涵盖软件工程、网络工程和物联网工程等四个专业的计算机类为江苏省重点专业类。学院拥有计算机科学与技术、软件工程一级硕士学位点和气象信息技术硕士点，拥有气象信息技术博士学位点。现有在校本科生近1500人，硕博研究生130余人。
学院现有专任教师70人，同时还聘请了10余名国内外知名学者为客座教授。近年来学院科研发展迅速，已初步形成网络与信息安全、智能计算、云计算安全、自动气象观测、气象软件与信息处理软件、图像处理、物联网/传感网等方向研究特色。
根据学院发展需要，现面向海外公开招聘，公告如下：
一、招聘岗位和计划数
学科领军人才/学科带头人和学术骨干15-17名
专业领域：计算机、软件工程、网络、通信、电子（含软件工程、云计算、传感器网络、网络与信息安全、智能计算等方向）
二、招聘条件和待遇
（一）学科带头人
1、身体健康，年龄55岁以下，国籍不限（特别优秀的年龄可适当放宽，如获国际重大奖项者不受年龄限制）；
2、为人正派，事业心强，具有较强的组织协调能力和团队协作能力；
3、获得海外博士学位且在海外工作三年及以上，或者海外博士后5年及以上；
4、学术造诣深厚，近五年科研成绩突出。
5、给付一定安家费，实行年薪，年薪20-200万元，具体安家费和年薪根据学校的有关原则确定大致范围后面议。
（二）学术骨干
1、身体健康，年龄在40岁以下，国籍不限；
2、为人正派，事业心强，具有较强的组织协调能力和团队协作能力；
3、获得海外博士学位，或者海外博士后2年及以上；
4、有较高的学术造诣，近五年科研成绩突出。
5、给付一定安家费，实行年薪，年薪15-60万元，具体安家费和年薪根据学校的有关原则确定大致范围后面议。
（三）团队招聘
同一专业领域，团队优先引进，团队组成人员须3人以上，团队领军人才须符合学科带头人的条件，团队成员须符合学术骨干的条件。

Introduction
Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology (NUIST), founded in 1960, is one of the leading universities in China in the areas of meteorology and atmospheric science.
School of Computer and Software, within Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology, is dedicated to providing excellent education both at undergraduate and postgraduate levels for international and local students. School of Computer and Software has 70 full-time teaching staffs. We have also employed over 10 well-known scholars from home and abroad as our part-time/visiting professors. As an expanding school, we are currently seeking candidates to fill 15~17 positions for academic leaders and key members. The candidates should have relevant academic knowledge and attainment in at least one of the following areas: computer, software engineering, networking, communication, and electronics (involves software engineering, cloud computing, sensor networks, network and information security, smart computing, etc.). Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have proven university teaching and research skills, along with relevant professional experience:
to contribute significantly to teaching and dissertation supervision both at the undergraduate and postgraduate level;
to demonstrate potential for excellence in research and the ability to contribute to the development of the School’s research profile and portfolio;
to undertake any other duties within the scope of the post as deemed appropriate by the Dean and the School Academic Board.
Requirements:
Academic Leaders
Good health; no older than 55 (except for those outstanding candidates with great international awards); all nationalities are welcomed.
Decent and ambitious; with strong ability on organization and coordination; good at teamwork and collaboration.
An obtained overseas doctoral degree with 3 or more years of overseas working experience; or 5 or more years of overseas postdoc research experience.
Outstanding research achievements for the last 5 years; excellent scientific attainments.
Key Members

Remuneration Package
Academic Leaders
Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
The package will contain relocation allowance.
Annual salary: ￥RMB200,000~2,000,000 ($32k – 318k) per year. The final salary can be negotiated complying with relevant principles of NUIST.
Key Members
Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience.
The package will contain relocation allowance.
Annualsalary: ￥RMB150,000~600,000 ($24k – 96k) per year. The final salary can be negotiated complying with relevant principles of NUIST.
